Enclave Quick Quote

Mid-Sized Exterior
The 2017 Buick Enclave is considered a mid-size SUV, but just looking at it you wouldn't guess at all the interior space. The Enclave's smooth, flowing lines create a form that is eye-catching while remaining elegant, using specialized details such as chrome and LED lighting accents. In addition, the Enclave earns its "luxury" title purely on the exterior, offering standard HID headlights with an available feature that causes them to articulate from side to side while you turn. However, the Enclave's luxuriousness isn't really experienced until you open the door.

Plus-Sized Interior
Inside the Enclave, you find an astounding sensation of openness that you wouldn't expect from a mid-size SUV. Partly, this is due to the "low and away" instrument panel design, which is placed within easy reach but also low enough to not intrude on your space. In addition, the Enclave comes standard with three rows of seating-the driver and passenger seats (available heated and cooled), two middle captain's chairs, and a third row bench seat, although you can also opt for a middle-row bench seat to increase the passenger capacity. Either way, both rear rows can fold flat for those times where you need to transport cargo rather than people.

Protecting What's Most Important
Of course, all that seating is useless unless the SUV it is placed in can keep the occupants safe, and on that score, the Enclave delivers in spades. The Enclave's airbag system includes both front and side-impact airbags, plus a driver front center seat-mounted airbag (popping out front over the driver's right shoulder), and head curtain side-impact airbags. Add to that standard features like Rear Parking Assist and available features such as Forward Collision Alert, and you get an SUV that was given five out of five stars in safety by the NHTSA and "Good" ratings on all its crash tests by the IIHS.
